Client Time: Q&A with IMS Evolve

Following our last client time with D2 Legal Technology, we sat down with Jasmine Sampson, Marketing Manager at IMS Evolve, to find out how Neo PR has taken the company from PR ‘zero’ to a total thought leadership hero!

Firstly, could you start with a little bit of background about IMS Evolve?

Of course – IMS Evolve delivers cloud connectivity for all machines, from refrigeration to cash machines, and from legacy machines to the latest technology. It was founded with the clear mission of developing the latest technologies to utilise IoT to the benefit of a business’s core purpose , as we understand the importance of using our limited resources wisely.

What did you want to achieve with Neo PR?

We had not engaged with any PR activity before we started work with Neo PR and our marketing activity was limited. Our main objectives were to establish our own voice within the industry as we realised that we were within an ever changing space, so wanted to elevate our position as a thought leader within this.

How did Neo PR help you achieve this?

They helped us to develop and cement our key brand messaging and how exactly our technology would help our customers. They were then able to weave this messaging throughout all of our thought leadership content to ensure our messages were reaching our target audience. The content used in the PR campaign also providing our overall marketing strategy with invaluable support. We were able to repurpose it for our website and use in our sales collateral.  

What benefits have you seen from working with Neo PR?

IMS Evolve has an elevated positioning as an industry thought leader and we are now much better placed within the market. We have received 72 direct website hits from PR coverage, and over 300 hits on our website from social media posts. The volume of coverage has ensured our message is ‘out there’, and has led to a direct lead from one of the UK’s biggest energy suppliers.

Finally, how would you summarise your experience with Neo PR?

We have a really wonderful working relationship with Neo PR. They are always at the end of the phone or email should we need any advice. Trust was quickly built up with the team at Neo, and it feels like they are an extension of our team. We are hoping Neo PR will help support our endeavours as we open a new office in the USA.
