I’ll liaise with the media to make sure that we get you the right coverage in the right places. If I’m not sending emails or making calls, I’ll be writing your copy, helping you answer interview questions, assisting with your social media or researching the latest industry developments.
I’ve always enjoyed writing and had a keen interest in the media and marketing. After helping to promote my dance society whilst completing my BA English degree, I decided to undertake a Masters in advertising, marketing and PR. Having previously worked both agency side and in-house, I’ve already experienced a variety of the weird and wonderful things PR has to offer and I’m sure there’s more to come.
The buzz – pure and simple. I never get tired of seeing my work result in a client’s coverage, it always gives me a tingly feeling. The buzz doesn’t just come from coverage though, it’s also found in the office, working closely with other PR professionals gives your working environment a vibe like no other.
Outside of the office you’ll probably find me on a horse, careering down a snowy mountain, or throwing a few (bad) shapes at a Zumba class. Although that may sound like I’m verging on having an active lifestyle, on the majority of school nights I’ll be soaking away the day in a hot bath with an interiors magazine, or watching guilty pleasure TV.
